What ID do I need?

You must be 21+ with a valid government-issued photo ID. We accept driver's licenses, state IDs, passports, and military IDs. We card every customer, every visit.

What forms of payment do you accept in-store?

In-store we accept cash and debit only. Credit cards are not permitted under federal banking rules. There's an ATM on-site.

Can I smoke or vape outside the store?

Public cannabis consumption is generally allowed anywhere tobacco is, but not on school grounds, in cars, or where posted signs prohibit it. Please be considerate of neighbors.

Do you offer a first-time customer discount?

Yes, 15% off your first order with code ELITE15. Valid once per person.

Is parking available?

Yes, metered street parking on Bell Blvd and nearby side streets, plus paid lots a block away.

Delivery

How does delivery work?

Order online and pay with debit card or Dutchie Pay at checkout. Once payment is confirmed, our team packs your order and a professional driver brings it to your door. Your ID is verified at delivery. Local deliveries usually arrive in under 60 minutes.

What payment do you accept for delivery?

Delivery payment is prepaid online before the driver leaves the store, in compliance with the New York Office of Cannabis Management. We accept debit card or Dutchie Pay. We cannot accept cash on delivery. (In-store, cash is also accepted.)

What's the delivery minimum?

It depends on your ZIP. $70 in Bayside, Whitestone, Flushing (Linden Hill / Murray Hill), Little Neck, Douglaston, College Point, Oakland Gardens, Auburndale, and Fresh Meadows. $100 in Glen Oaks, Queens Village (11428/29), and Jamaica. $150 across extended Queens, Nassau, Brooklyn, and the Rockaways. Use the ZIP checker to confirm.

Are there delivery fees?

No. NY Elite Cannabis does not charge any delivery fees on any zone.

Do you deliver to hotels or rentals?

Yes, to the 21+ guest who placed the order. The address must be in our zone.

Can someone else accept my delivery?

Only if they are 21+ with a valid ID and listed on the order at checkout. We do not leave orders unattended.

How discreet is delivery?

Packaging is plain and unmarked. Our drivers wear professional attire and drive unmarked vehicles.

Is everything lab-tested?

Yes. Every product is lab-tested for potency and contaminants per NY State requirements. Certificates of Analysis are available on request.

How do I know what's right for me?

What's the strongest edible you sell?

We stock up to 10mg THC per piece / 100mg per package (the NY regulatory max). If you're new, start with 2.5mg.

Do you carry CBD-only products?

Yes, we carry CBD-dominant tinctures, topicals, and 1:1 and 2:1 CBD:THC edibles.

Can I return a product?

No. All cannabis sales are final by NY State law. We can work with you on manufacturing defects, call us.

Is cannabis legal to consume in New York?

Yes, for adults 21+. You can possess up to 3 ounces of flower or 24g of concentrate. Consumption in cars is prohibited, driving while impaired is a serious crime.

Can I travel with cannabis?

Within New York State, yes (within the limits above). Crossing state lines is a federal crime, including flights out of JFK and LaGuardia.
